JOIN MY BAND is a crowd-funded short film, made possible by the generous donations of hundreds of people. Writer-director Naomi decided to make JOIN MY BAND by whatever means she could as soon as she found out she was expecting a baby. With no time to wait for official funding, she decided that crowd-funding was the best option.
Although the film is now finished, thanks to our many wonderful supporters, we are still raising money to pay for JOIN MY BAND'S entry into festivals round the world, an expensive business as some festivals can have application fees of around £50.
